1. Commission Details

2. Deposit and Payment

•       A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin the commission. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

•       The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. Shipping costs will be quoted separately once the delivery address is confirmed.

3. Timeline, Revisions, and Approval

•       The Artist will provide an estimated completion date upon receipt of the deposit and will share progress photos throughout the process.

•       The Client may request minor adjustments during creation. Major changes that significantly alter the original scope may incur additional fees.

•       Once the completed artwork is approved by the Client, no further changes will be made. If the Client does not respond to a completion notification within 14 days, the artwork will be considered approved and the balance will become due.

4. Cancellation

•       The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited and the Artist reserves the right to sell the artwork.

•       If the Artist is unable to complete the commission, the deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Intellectual Property

•       The Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned artwork. The Client receives the right to display the piece in their personal or commercial space.

•       The Artist reserves the right to photograph and share images of the completed commission for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6. General Terms

•       Because all artwork is hand-painted and original, the finished piece will have its own unique character. Exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed.

•       This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith communication between both parties.
